Artist Statement: I feel my style is at first glance simple and elegant, but will reveal subtle complexities. I prefer a shape with clean, flowing lines, but this sometimes creates a challenge in the quest to be original. It is important to me to focus on every detail of the piece, from the meticulous selection of accent stones, hidden hinges, and clasps, to an unusual way of setting a stone.
